At Cinnamon Health Psychology, we are delivering support for people who want to make healthier choices, do less of what is less healthy and do more to put into action healthier food habits or making a more active lifestyle a reality.

We are also keen on digital health solutions developed by Health Psychologists and/or using health psychology to support people as they make these changes. We can talk to you about how your smart watch or other gadgets and digital tools that you may be using or want to use. We can also provide support if you are feeling less confident about using digital technologies in this way.

We are based in Exeter, Devon and can meet in person or online.

Cinnamon Health Psychology is run by Rupa Chilvers, a trainee Health Psychology Practitioner (in Stage 2). The support sessions provided will be within a training context and more information will be provided at your first session.
